Segula Technolgies Is Looking For One Supplier Quality Engineer To Join Our Team And Support An Important Customer. Represent the company and own the relationship with Suppliers ~ Determine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and lead implementation of timely, effective, and efficient quality resolutions ~ Manage supplier crisis with on-site support within 24 hrs when required ~ Assure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirements ~ Improve quality performance of suppliers, running workshops at supplier site and assisting supplier in developing a robust quality system ~ University Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Preferred specializations are: mechanical, electronics, aeronautical, chemical, industrial processes ~2 years, thereof 1 years’ experience in the field of Automotive Purchasing/Supplier Quality or Engineering ~ Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes, procedures, tooling, equipment and facilities ~ Demonstrated knowledge of probability, statistical quality control and design of experiments ~ Knowledge about quality management and value analysis ~ Knowledge of MS-Office ~ Flexibility, Ability to work under pressure, initiative, capacity of teamwork, social and intercultural competency ~ High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and motivate team members ~ Technical and Quality Certifications are a plus At SEGULA Technologies,
