Overview In this role you support purchasing and receiving operations within Hilton's Hotels team, ensuring smooth stock flow and accurate orders. You'll work with outlet managers to meet operational needs, run quality checks on shipments, and handle invoice accuracy to enable timely payments. You help maintain optimal inventory levels and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences through reliable procurement.

This is a hands-on role in a global hospitality leader that values teamwork and integrity.

Responsabilità

- Support purchasing and receiving operations, manage inventory to maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet needs and specifications
- Process invoices, confirm accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
- Perform quality checks on shipments to verify order specs and quality
- Manage receiving processes to ensure timely and correct stock posting
