Overview In this role you will plan, coordinate, and integrate PSYOP activities to support operational and strategic goals. Responsabilità
- Plan, coordinate and integrate PSYOP activities to support operational and strategic objectives
- Develop PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis
- Coordinate PSYOP planning with interagency, allies, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media, and vendors
- Integrate PSYOP with OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects for synchronized outcomes
- Support media campaign planning by aligning messaging and targeting with strategic communications
- Leverage government and commercial analytic platforms to support PSYOP planning and assessment
- Define influence indicators and evaluate audience response to inform plan refinements
- Advise leaders on PSYOP risks and effects to ensure cultural, legal, and operational soundness
- Conduct executive briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers on concepts, plans, and policies
Requisiti fondamentali
- Graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course
- 3-10 years' experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and/or executing PSYOP
- 5 years demonstrated experience in military planning processes (JPP, military decision-making, targeting, or campaign planning)
- Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility
- Bachelor in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Military Science, or related field)
- Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level decision makers
- Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems
