Overview In this role you will lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to manage budgets and programmes while driving continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact role with a strong European project slate and opportunities to shape delivery at scale.

and client communications Collaborate with Commercial Team on valuations and cost reporting Chair meetings and produce regular progress reports Foster strong client relationships throughout delivery Drive commissioning and project handover success Requisiti fondamentali Minimum 8 years' construction experience At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager Proven track record delivering large commercial interior fit-out projects Strong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring, and related interior fit-out packages Data centre experience is highly desirable Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline Excellent leadership, planning, commercial, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced construction projects Full driving licence Willingness to travel across Northern Europe leadership stakeholder management communication project programming budgeting and cost control procurement
