Overview In this role you will oversee the technical contractual scope of rail projects, ensuring delivery within quality, cost, performance and schedule commitments. You will coordinate with peers and Solution Director to validate designs, apply engineering processes, and drive QCDP outcomes. You will be responsible for project design and application engineering activities and supervise Verification & Validation.
Based in Italy (Rome, Bari, Bologna or Florence), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance Alstom's greener, smarter mobility mission.
Responsabilità
- Manage the technical contractual scope of the project
- Oversee project technical risks and mitigation plans
- Validate technical design choices with peers and Solution Director
- Deploy applicable engineering processes, methods and tools on the project
- Ensure the project solution meets Quality, Cost,
Delivery and Performance commitments
- Be responsible for project design and application engineering activities
- Supervise Verification & Validation activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering background with full lifecycle project deployment
- Experience managing technical projects
- Hands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team management
- Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
- Experience in customer relationship management in contractual situations
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
