Overview In this role you will manage end-to-end invoicing for diverse logistics services, ensuring compliance with tax rules. You'll collaborate with Business Development to set tariffs and contractual parameters, and coordinate with Controlling to align data and invoices. You'll drive reporting, contribute to process improvements, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on position for a technically skilled, proactive professional who shapes how we bill customers and optimize our invoicing flow.

Responsabilità Manage the complete invoicing process for logistics services,



ensuring tax compliance Create and maintain customer profiles with tariff setups and contractual parameters Prepare and manage reports for accurate invoice allocation; liaise with Controlling for data alignment Contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize invoicing processes Requisiti fondamentali ~4+ years of experience in a similar invoicing role within complex companies ~ Master's degree in Economics or related field ~ Fluent in English (written and spoken) ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel ~ Strong teamwork, proactive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills ~ Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities ~ team player ~ proactive ~ initiative ~ Microsoft Office (Excel) ~ invoicing processes ~ data alignment
