Overview In this role you drive the evolution of Technogym products by optimizing the customer journey and user experience for end-users and professionals. You will lead a multidisciplinary team from concept to roadmap and coordinate development, launch, and communication. You'll collect real-user feedback, analyze competitors, and align internal and external resources to deliver valuable product concepts.
The position focuses on market-driven decisions, pricing, and successful launches in a global, health-focused company. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape products that support Technogym's mission and growth.
Responsabilità
- Lead multidisciplinary team from concept to development for product concepts
- Define product specs and roadmap for incremental development
- Define product launch and communications strategy
- Gather user input through real-context interviews and feedback
- Analyze competitors and consolidate requests from internal stakeholders
- Coordinate internal departments and external partners in product creation
- Verify product concepts with customers and assess perceived value
- Define pricing, volumes, and evolution of feature development
- Ensure timely production of specifications and development materials
- Assess trade-offs on specs, time, and costs
- Plan and coordinate product launch with Marketing, Communication, and other departments
- Prepare effective communication materials for sales and customers
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years in Product Marketing
- 8+ years in Product Project Management
- 5+ years in Connected and integrated ecosystem Products/Services
- 5+ years in Sport Performance, Wearable Devices, Indoor training products
- In-depth knowledge of User Experience and Market Research
- Strong ability in Product/Services presentation
- Willing to travel annually (30% of time)
- English C1
- Role-related understanding of Cyber risk, information security & cybersecurity topics
