Overview
As a Product Industrialization Engineer at Technogym HQ, you will design and industrialize mechanical solutions in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. You'll focus on cost-efficient product improvements, DFMA, and robust standards to ensure quality and safety. You'll connect R&D; with Process Engineering to optimize manufacturing, packaging, and logistics.

Responsabilità
- Develop and design mechanical solutions with internal departments and suppliers
- Re-engineer for cost reduction and problem solving
- Develop and define technical standard solutions to meet Quality, Safety and target Cost
- Promote DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)
- Find new solutions, technologies or suppliers
- Develop innovative product packaging concepts to enhance unpacking experience and logistics efficiency
- Bridge between R&D; and Process Engineering for optimal manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with product development, style center, marketing, purchasing, process engineering and logistics teams
- Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress
Requisiti fondamentali
- Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical diploma
- Problem-solving abilities and FMEA user
- Knowledge of DTC (Design to Cost), DTR / DFQ (Design for Reliability / Quality)
- Attention to details
- Knowledge of main manufacturing technologies and assembly
- Knowledge of mechanical design and 3D CAD systems, preferably PTC Creo
- Knowledge of Office packages, in particular Excel
- Team Player
- Good level of Italian and English
