Overview As Product Development Manager you will drive cost, quality, and time-to-market for new products within Technogym's R&D; team. You'll shape development strategies, ensure the Global Solution Process is applied and continuously improved, and coordinate design outsourcing and supplier co-design to boost innovation. You will lead a team, foster professional growth, and promote cross-domain collaboration across product development areas.

across projects Plan and develop team members' technical and managerial skills Manage outsourcing of design activities and co-design with external suppliers Promote cross-functional integration across product development areas Requisiti fondamentali Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Extensive experience in R&D; and/or Design in structured companies Expert user of 3D CAD systems (preferably PTC Creo) Project management experience with cost and deadline objectives Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers Knowledge of competitive products and platform products technologies Familiarity with SPG and BOM management in ERP systems Excellent leadership and communication skills English fluency (min CEFR B2) leadership communication relationship skills PTC Creo project management manufacturing technologies and cost drivers
