This role focuses on the market and product dimensions of pricing and profitability management where you connect brands, functions, and stakeholders across the business. In a highly competitive global market, you drive strategic initiatives, enable informed decision-making, and coordinate activities to support long-term profitability and growth. Develop and execute pricing and profitability strategies that drive sustainable business performance.
Lead commercial initiatives and identify activities to improve profitability, capture value, and long-term growth. Define and support global pricing strategies, ensuring effective price positioning across markets and product portfolios. Location and flexibility You have documented experience from a leading position, preferably withing strategic marketing, product management, sales, finance, or pricing and profitability management.
Working in an international environment comes naturally, and you communicate confidently in English. A degree in a relevant field.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of business development and value creation.
Experience from complex, multi-brand organizations and cross-functional collaboration. You build trust, engage confidently with senior stakeholders, and drive change in a complex and dynamic environment.
