Overview In this role you drive profitability and operational excellence for Johnson & Johnson's cardiovascular portfolio in Europe. You will shape pricing strategies, streamline contracts, and provide risk insights within a cross-functional environment. You'll support go-to-market speed through pricing proposals and ensure compliant, efficient contract processes. This hybrid/remote position offers impact across Finance, Legal, IT, and commercial teams, with travel up to 20%.

and budgets Align team goals with Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives Provide insights on contract terms, risks, and renewal opportunities Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve pricing, contracts, and workflows Requisiti fondamentali ~ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business ~10+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or commercial analytics in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare ~ Proficiency in data analysis and risk mitigation ~ Proficiency with pricing systems, ERP systems, CRM tools, and/or contract management software ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) ~ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail ~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ~ Effective communicator with cross-functional influence ~ English fluent ~ Travel up to 20% ~ cross-functional collaboration ~ strong communication ~ analytical mindset ~ pricing systems ~ ERP systems ~ CRM tools
