We are looking for a high-performing customer service professional to join our team at our Naples Branch (1410 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL 34108). This is a tempo pieno, onsite position.

Instead, we focus on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family. We provide a comprehensive training program to set you up for success from the very beginning. Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area,



and/or over the phone Resolve customer issues Manage a teller window High school diploma or equivalent ~1+ year of recent personal banker experience ~ Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor ~ Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred ~ Experience taking home equity and/or mortgage applications preferred ~ Medical, dental, vision, and more ~11 Bank Holidays + vacation/sick time ~ Exceptional culture and value system ~ Mortgage Discount Program ~ Education Reimbursement Program Our anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
