Overview In this role you will support the employee lifecycle and provide an HR-centric experience in an international MedTech setting. You will handle HR administration, payroll coordination, recruitment, and Health & Safety, contributing to local and global People & Culture initiatives. You'll work closely with employees and managers to ensure compliant and engaging HR processes.
This is a hands-on position that shapes people experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive a positive, compliant workplace.

Lead recruitment processes for interns and roles with managers/Talent Acquisition Support Health & Safety activities (occupational health coordination, mandatory training, documentation) Assist in gender equality certification (KPI monitoring, documentation, audits) Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure compliance with Italian law, collective agreements, and company policies Degree in Human Resources or related field At least 3 years in a generalist HR role, preferably international or structured environments Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll processes and lifecycle Fluency in Italian and English Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills Proactive, collaborative, service-oriented mindset Experience with Zucchetti and/or SuccessFactors is advantageous Service-oriented HR administration Payroll coordination Zucchetti
