Overview As Savings Product Expert, you own the end-to-end Savings proposition, from strategy and pricing to delivery and performance. You'll work in an Agile squad to drive commercial growth, optimize the customer journey, and ensure a competitive, compliant offering. You'll shape the product roadmap, execute commercial initiatives, and translate data into actionable decisions that impact growth and profitability.
This role offers the chance to influence a core funding product in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to measurable customer and financial outcomes.

Define and steer pricing actions for market competitiveness and profitability Monitor product performance and translate data into insights and recommendations Improve the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels Translate business needs into IT requirements and support delivery via Agile ways of working Manage stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations Support backlog prioritization, change requests and production issue resolution Contribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance tracking Ensure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirements Collaborate on global initiatives and share best practices Requisiti fondamentali ~ Master's degree (Economics, Engineering or similar) ~3+ years' experience in product management, business analysis or project management in financial services ~ Strong understanding of retail banking (savings/deposits is a plus) ~ Experience with campaigns, pricing, and performance monitoring ~ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills ~ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ~ Fluent in English ~ Proactive, detail-oriented and able to deliver under pressure ~ stakeholder management ~ strong communication ~ analytical thinking ~ campaigns ~ pricing ~ performance monitoring
