In this Operations Manager role you will be responsible for the following activities: Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction
• Assuring highest care about People management (Blue Collars)
• Managing directly Shift Leader and Team Leader
• Managing operational standards
• Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement
• Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and build a strategy
• Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities
• What we need from you: Bachelor Degree
• At least 3 years in a some role in Supply Chain/Manufactoring Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership attitude and managing people English Fluent Salary Range: € 46.000 - € 55.000
