Our Operations Managers do just that – every day, all day. They have the drive to lead , the passion for excellence , and the enthusiasm for team development that we need. In this Operations Manager role, you will be: Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction.
Assuring highest care about People management. Managing operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s). Managing the change of mindset to Standardization and Continuous Improvement.
Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and building a strategy. Promoting the continuous improvement of culture and sustainability of the program. Leading by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture. Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's needs; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities.

Now, here's what we need from you: Bachelor's degree in engineering/economics or master's in supply chain. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership attitude and people management skills.
