You will coordinate healthcare and security needs across borders, handling information flow and logistical decisions in critical situations. Responsabilità
- Support members with healthcare and security queries
- Coordinate medical appointments, authorize treatments, and manage policy claims




- Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide

Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong organisational and critical thinking skills

- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
- Customer service experience desirable
