We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Offline Media Executive.
What you will do: Support the team in the planning and management of offline media campaigns.
Upload and update media plans using dedicated tools and platforms.
Provide support with administrative activities.
Monitor campaign performance and support optimization activities
Manage campaign materials and coordinate related operational workflows.
Prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
Skill Required: At least 2 years of experience in offline media planning.
Strong knowledge of the main offline media planning tools (AdBox, Kubik,
MCSonline).
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Good level of English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proactive attitude and approach to work The position offers a gross annual salary of € 25.102,00.
Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
For this position, we offer a fixed term contract (12 months).
