To lead our restaurant team, we are looking for a warm, confident and service-oriented Maître (m/f/d) who combines exceptional hospitality skills, strong leadership and the highest quality standards to create an outstanding service experience for our guests. Overall responsibility for restaurant service - from breakfast and lunch to Fine Dining in the evening Act as a visible and welcoming host for our international guests, providing warm, personalised and professional service at the highest level Develop and continuously refine the service concept in line with our farm-to-table philosophy, open-fire cuisine and regionally inspired culinary approach Provide expert advice on menu choices, wine pairings and individual guest preferences Lead, train and develop the service team while fostering an authentic culture of hospitality Organise and coordinate service operations, staff schedules and quality standards Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine, General Management and all relevant operational departments Several years of experience as a Maître d’Hôtel,
