and customer needs to identify growth opportunities Maximize opportunities across key accounts using the Technogym Wellness System (TWS) Support and empower regional Key Account teams with best practices and tools 8+ years in a B2B sales role within fitness, sports, or wellness ~ Proven direct sales and consultative selling with solution selling experience ~ Strong CRM management knowledge (preferably Salesforce) ~ Financial acumen and experience managing P&L; for a key account portfolio ~ Credibility with C-suite, owners, and on-site GMs; Deep understanding of gym operations, memberships, club economics, and digital solutions in driving retention and revenue ~ Cross-functional collaboration experience with Marketing, Product, and Service teams ~ Master's Degree in Economics, Business, Sports Management, or related field is a plus ~ cross-functional collaboration ~ CRM management (Salesforce) ~ P&L; management ~ Market and competitor analysis
