Overview
Join Bosch Sensortec as a development engineer shaping next-gen MEMS sensors. You will design holistic chip architectures and layouts, aligning design and production requirements within an expert team. You'll assess feasibility, verify designs against tech specs, and prepare mask data and manufacturing documentation.
You'll bridge development and manufacturing, while advancing simulation and automation software for layout verification. This role offers impact across automotive, consumer, and industrial MEMS applications and opportunities to drive innovative workflows.

Responsabilità
- Develop holistic MEMS chip designs and layouts for micromechanical sensors
- Contribute to agile project goal implementation within a cross-functional team
- Feasibility assessment and verification of designs and layouts per technology and manufacturing specs
- Generate mask data and manufacturing documentation for new developments and variants
- Coordinate internal interfaces between development and manufacturing
- Advance software solutions for simulation and workflow automation
- Develop and optimize software concepts for layout and mask data verification in collaboration with R&D;
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in engineering or natural sciences (e.g., electrical engineering, microsystems engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry, materials science, or relatedfield)
- Experience in MEMS/semiconductor technology development
- Expertise in sensor technology, micromechanics, and semiconductor technology
- Software development experience, e.g., Python
- Languages: German and English (written and spoken)
