Overview
As a Mechanical Engineer at Ariete, you will drive the mechanical integrity of our products from concept to mass production. You will contribute to hands-on 3D CAD modeling, design adaptations, and cross-functional collaboration to align with market needs and manufacturing capabilities. Responsabilità
- Lead product development from concept to mass production
- Perform hands-on 3D CAD modeling and drafting of mechanical solutions
- Design and engineer mechanical components and systems with cost and quality targets
- Manage R&D; projects with timelines and milestones
- Execute prototyping and validation including rapid prototyping
- Collaborate with Marketing,
Purchasing, Quality, and Compliance to meet market and manufacturing needs
- Ensure regulatory compliance of designs and modifications
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Advanced 3D CAD proficiency (Siemens NX or similar)
- Extensive plastics design experience and knowledge of injection molding processes
- Solid knowledge of mechanical processing, plastic deformation, die casting, and assembly methods
- Proven project management skills with autonomous work style
- Experience in international teams, especially with Chinese counterparts
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping technologies in R&D;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel abroad for project needs
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and information protection principles
