What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the marketing and communications activities of one of the Group's brands and strengthen its positioning within the international luxury travel market. You will help develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels, trade communications, public relations and brand positioning — supporting brand awareness, nurturing relationships with the international luxury travel trade and contributing to commercial growth.
Key Activities
Support the brand's presence across key B2B and inspiration channels, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram — contributing to content production,
maintaining the publishing calendar and monitoring performance to keep it consistent with a curated, authoritative positioning.
Support the management and optimisation of newsletters for the international luxury travel trade — advisors, tour operators and consortia — across editorial planning, content creation, audience segmentation and campaign reporting.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the B2B digital portal, working with the technical team to maintain product content, itineraries and sales materials, and supporting the editorial sections that underpin commercial distribution.
Help maintain relationships with international PR agencies, journalists and media across luxury travel, lifestyle and culture, supporting press communications and the brand's presence at key industry events and international roadshows.
Support the integrated communication strategy across touchpoints, ensuring consistent positioning and aligned commercial and editorial messaging.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development and external partners so that marketing initiatives effectively support commercial objectives.
Support performance monitoring through regular reporting and KPI tracking, flagging opportunities to improve.
Produce marketing materials,
presentations and sales collateral aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Languages or a related field. A Master's or specialised education in Luxury Brand Management, Hospitality Management or Journalism is an advantage.
2 years in marketing, communications or PR — ideally combining luxury hospitality, premium travel or luxury lifestyle with structured corporate environments or international communication agencies.
Editorial writing in English at native or C2 level, and excellent Italian.
Experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram business accounts — content, editorial planning and basic performance analysis.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, automation and campaign reporting.
Some experience with B2B luxury audiences — advisors, tour operators, consortia and high-end agencies — is a plus.
Exposure to media relations and PR agencies is a plus.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and B2B portals is an advantage.
Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics is beneficial.
Additional languages — French, Spanish or Arabic — are a plus.
