Overview In this role you will lead technical-commercial support for flat product rolling services. You will craft spare parts and modernization proposals, coordinate after-sales activities, and ensure on-time delivery within ERP-driven processes. You will work closely with engineering, purchasing and customer teams to translate technical needs into accurate quotations and packages.
This is a hands-on position focused on servicing customers and optimizing order execution in a global engineering business. You will contribute to maintaining high service levels and strengthening after-sales excellence. Develop technical and commercial proposals for spare parts and upgrading/modernization solutions for flat product rolling (hot/cold) Identify required components, equipment,
and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering support Prepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product-specific technical departments Evaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing, and supplier management teams Draft technical specifications and detailed commercial quotations Collect and analyze project information, aligning after-sales activities with contractual milestones Maintain accurate records of quotations and orders within ERP systems Provide excellent customer service, handling technical inquiries and support needs Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma Experience in technical-commercial back-office roles within mechanical engineering or steel production environments Fluent English (written and spoken) Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus Proficiency in an additional language (preferred) customer focus team collaboration SAP S/4HANA (plus)
