Overview
As a Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end projects across civil, structural, electrical, fabrication, mechanical, and plumbing domains, aligning with design teams to meet scope, cost, and schedule. You coordinate stakeholders, manage risk, and ensure statutory compliance to deliver on time within budget. You will lead planning, execution, and monitoring, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to minimize surprises and maximize satisfaction.
This role offers impact through multi-disciplinary coordination, process optimization, and hands-on project leadership.
Responsabilità
- Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
- Plan activities, resources, and schedule; develop and maintain the project timeline
- Coordinate with vendors for flawless execution
- Estimate costs and manage the project budget with justification
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication with all parties
- Identify and manage project risks; monitor progress with a detailed project plan
- Prepare reports and documentation to track performance
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements through coordination with government agencies
- Implement changes as needed to achieve project outputs and evaluate results
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operation Support Manager
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary projects including electrical, civil, fabrication, mechanical, and plumbing works
- Strong technical knowledge in civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC domains
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Project planning and scheduling expertise
- Resource management capabilities
- Proficiency with computer tools such as Excel and Word; MS Project Professional; CAD drawing familiarity
