Responsabilità Lead and develop a team of technicians, applying coaching and performance feedback. Drive improvement initiatives using TPM tools to enhance processes and problem-solving. Direct daily management to prioritize work and achieve safety, quality, cost, reliability, and customer service goals.
Ensure 100% compliance with operational processes and procedures. Communicate across levels and align team vision with Plant and McCormick objectives.
Collaborate with Engineering and Area Supervisors and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Requisiti fondamentali Relevant technical experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices Full supervisory responsibility for a team Proven project management experience and ability to complete complex projects Facility management experience including HVAC systems and energy management Solid understanding of maintenance integration with other operational areas Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Fluent English Knowledge of ATEX regulations is a strong advantage Leadership and coaching Effective communication across levels Problem solving and tenacity TPM tools and problem-solving methodologies Preventive maintenance practices HVAC systems and energy management
