Responsabilità
- Oversee maintenance schedules and repairs
- Recommend and implement equipment enhancements to improve availability and yield
- Collect and analyze equipment data, report results
- Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance analyses
- Troubleshoot complex equipment problems
- Procure replacement parts and tools for manufacturing
- Assist with design/fabrication of equipment; install and train colleagues
- Enforce safety practices and PPE usage; ensure guards and safety features are functional
- Set day-to-day objectives for the maintenance team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor (or equivalent) and 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, instrumentation, and computer systems
- Experience assembling/disassembling equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
- Excellent project management and planning skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
