Overview In this role you will lead the Italian business, owning the P&L; and shaping a three-year growth plan. You will drive sustainable profitability, digital and AI-enabled transformation, and cross-country collaboration with HQ. You’ll oversee operations, governance, and stakeholder relations, while fostering a customer-centric, innovative culture. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence strategy, products, and services at scale within a global-to-local context.

Responsabilità

Define and execute growth strategy aligned with HQ objectives; lead Italy toward market leadership and operational excellence Develop and deliver 3-year plan and annual budget with financial targets Strengthen brand, expand consumer reach, and grow B2C, B2B, B2B2C, B2G, and purpose-driven opportunities Build strategic partnerships with institutions, corporations, and stakeholders Own Italian P&L; and drive revenue growth across all business lines Lead digital and AI-driven transformation; develop scalable, customer-centric products/services Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision making,



and cross-country collaboration Represent the company in governance forums and with regulators, customers, and partners Lead and develop a high-performing local leadership team; ensure governance and ethics standards

Requisiti fondamentali

Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA advantageous Minimum 15 years of leadership in complex, multi-business environments with strong B2C and B2B exposure Proven success in senior roles (Country Manager/GM/MD); significant P&L; responsibility Experience in digitally enabled service industries (media, telecom, utilities, insurance, etc.) Track record of growth, transformation, and operational excellence; large-scale digital transformation programs Experience in international and matrix organisations; strong commercial acumen Passion for digital innovation, AI-driven transformation, and customer-centric models Native or near-native Italian and fluent English Customer focus Entrepreneurial mindset Resilience and emotional stamina Digital transformation AI-driven transformation Data-driven decision making
