Contract period: 12 months Location: Italy (remote) As a CREATIVE PRODUCER, you will be responsible in: Role responsibilities: Support the initial scope of the Lab project (event / roundtable) providing documentation to the Head of the Lab so that a decision can be made whether to greenlight the project If the project is greenlight, they will be responsible for end-to-end project / event management and work closely with Head of GAC Lab to ensure impact Manage all project related processes and tasks, including agendas, meetings, budgets, communications etc to ensure all milestones are met. Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues,



managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required. Lead production of event-related creative assets / artefacts Interact with, manage and coordinate a wide range of cross-functional teams within Google, as well as external work streams with artists, cultural institutions, vendors etc. Ensure the effectiveness of the Lab's thought leadership program by conducting post-project reporting.
