We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Specialist to work on a full-time basis. The role involves reviewing and drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing guidance on legal matters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all legal processes.
- Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
