Overview As Legal Counsel at BRIONI, you will support the General Counsel on a broad mix of commercial, corporate, IP and compliance matters for an international luxury Maison within the Kering Group. You will partner with internal stakeholders across commercial, retail, marketing, product, operations and corporate functions to manage cross-border projects and complex negotiations. The role focuses on protecting brand assets, ensuring governance and compliance, and implementing Group policies in a fast-paced, global context.

notaries coordination) Work on retail, wholesale, franchising and real estate projects across jurisdictions while ensuring contract standardization and business alignment Coordinate external law firms and advisers to ensure quality, consistency and cost control Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Kering Compliance Program within Brioni and deployment of Group policies (ethics, anti-corruption, sanctions, due diligence, whistleblowing, competition) Master's Degree in Law ~ Admitted to the Italian Bar ~4–5 years of experience in international law firms or in-house legal departments ~ Experience in luxury, fashion, retail, consumer goods or jewelry is a strong plus ~ Solid experience in commercial contracts and corporate law; exposure to compliance, IP and international operations is valued ~ Fluent English (C1) ~ Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills ~ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment ~ commercial contracts ~ corporate law ~ compliance
