Role : Learning & Development Specialist (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Training & Development Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.
Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences is required.
- Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact is required.
