Overview In this role, you will support monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow planning within the Controlling team. You act as a business partner to internal stakeholders, helping to maintain controlling structures and deliver insights for HQ and local management. The position offers exposure to a global automotive and technology environment with development opportunities.

You will contribute to value creation through precise financial planning and analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Retribuzione / Benefits Pay range: 28.000-35.000 Location: Momo (NO)



- Italy Occasional business trips to Milan Responsabilità Support monthly closing activities in CO Prepare monthly reporting activities Assist in budget process implementation and related reporting Support Free Cash Flow planning Maintain structure of controlling objects (cost centers, projects, etc.) Perform ad hoc analyses for HQ, Finance and local management Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders Requisiti fondamentali Knowledge of financial mathematics, variance analysis and cost planning methods Experience with controlling IT systems and tools Strong IT skills, especially MS Office and Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus Very good knowledge of the English language Knowledge of accounting principles Good communication skills Proactivity Collaborative attitude MS Office and Excel Power BI (plus) ERP systems (plus)
