Overview In this role you will lead strategic accounts and shape integrated power solutions for the European data centre market. You will engage with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, EPCs, and technology partners to position the company as a trusted partner for critical power systems. You will navigate complex buying groups, influence decisions early, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver long-term value.
This opportunity lets you drive cross-functional collaboration and contribute to scalable, technology-driven infrastructure projects. You will work in a growing, international team focused on sustainable data centre power solutions.

consultative sales cycles Build and strengthen partnerships with EPC contractors, generator packagers, switchgear manufacturers, BESS providers, grid/utility tech companies, digital platform providers, engineering consultants support negotiations to award Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline ~10–15 years in complex solution sales within international B2B environments ~ Experience in Data Centres, Critical Power, Power Generation, Energy Infrastructure, Grid Technologies or Industrial Electrification ~ Experience engaging with C-level and senior technical decision-makers ~ Understanding of EPC, consultants and technology partners in project delivery models ~ Fluent English and Italian required; Spanish and/or French advantageous ~ Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management ~ Experience with mission-critical infrastructure sales ~ Knowledge of Backup Generation, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), switchgear, grid integration ~ Understanding of data centre power solutions and utility interfaces
