Overview In this role you drive revenue growth and customer value across a portfolio of strategic accounts for CHEP, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams. You'll lead major negotiations, seek new business opportunities, and promote sustainable supply chain improvements. This position offers international scope, cross-border collaboration, and a hybrid work model. You'll help shape how goods move to market while strengthening customer partnerships.

Responsabilità
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic customers for retention, satisfaction, and profitable growth
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders as the primary point of contact
- Achieve annual growth targets through active selling and new business opportunities
- Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and tender processes




- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to improve supply chain efficiency and mutual value
- Conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer solutions
- Promote sustainability and cost optimization within customer accounts
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand CHEP's market presence in the portfolio

Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven Key Account Management experience with large, strategic customers
- Background in FMCG, Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics or related sectors
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and contract management experience
- Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence senior decision-makers
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel regularly within Italy
