Overview
As Tax Manager at Kering in Milan, you will shape and implement the Group's tax strategy across domestic and international operations. You'll partner with Finance and business teams to deliver high-quality tax services, manage audits and compliance, and drive tax optimization within evolving regulations. The role sits at the heart of a global luxury group, offering meaningful impact on complex tax matters.

Responsabilità
- Provide guidance on direct and indirect tax matters at local and international levels
- Manage tax incentive programs and benefits, including Patent Box, VAT, R&D; credits, and refunds
- Support tax audits and litigation-related activities with external advisors as needed
- Ensure compliant delivery of tax services per laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Prepare and review tax returns and related compliance obligations
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and tax reporting for Group entities
- Identify and implement tax optimization opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation, including Country Files, intercompany pricing analyses, CBCR and Pilar II
- Monitor legislative developments and assess impact on operations
- Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Legal, and external advisors on cross-functional projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8–10 years of relevant tax experience in a multinational company or top-tier consulting firm
- Strong expertise in corporate taxation, indirect taxes, international taxation, and transfer pricing
- Solid understanding of Italian tax legislation in an international context
- Advanced Excel and tax reporting/compliance tools
- Analytical, detail-oriented, pragmatic, and business-focused
- Strong ownership, accountability, and autonomy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus
