suppliers and project teams; Manage corporate obligations with notaries and local authorities; Coordinate with external lawyers for litigation with ensured cost-efficient support Advise on IP, competition and IT laws; support multiple teams on legal issues Drive risk management, ensure compliance with laws and regulations; Law Degree with full marks ~ Member in good standing in a European Bar ~5-7 years of experience in corporate and contract law ~ Strong experience in corporate and commercial matters ~ Experience in managing external legal counsels ~ Strong written and spoken Italian and English ~ Proven track record in unstructured environments and multi-project prioritization ~ corporate and contract law ~ external counsels management ~ IP, competition and IT law
