Overview
As Solution Design Lead you will define end-to-end solution and platform strategy in collaboration with technical and enterprise architects, aligning business objectives with technology capabilities. You will translate complex business needs into fit-for-purpose designs, evaluate architectural and integration implications, and guide option assessments across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, AI-based solutions, and cloud-native architectures. You will own the overall solution architecture and future-state integration blueprint for Business Process Solutions within the IT landscape, while driving innovation through PoC initiatives and hands-on collaboration with architects and developers.

Responsabilità
- Partner with technical and enterprise architects to define and evolve end-to-end solution and platform strategy
- Translate business demands into solution designs and assess functional/architectural implications
- Lead solution design and option assessment across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, AI-based and cloud-native architectures
- Identify and evaluate new tools and technologies for the Service IT landscape
- Support commercial and delivery decisions by evaluating proposals and architectures
- Own and maintain the solution architecture, landscape, and future-state integration blueprint
- Review supplier deliverables against requirements and provide feedback
- Contribute to innovation and PoC initiatives with hands-on participation
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT with strong integration knowledge and stakeholder management
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or platform architecture in large enterprises
- Strong business process knowledge in at least two domains (e.g., Installed Base Management, Field Service Management, Asset Performance Management, Tools Management, Customer Portal, Sites Management)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud-based integrations
- Understanding of integration patterns, API-led architectures, and event-driven solutions
- Experience leading or influencing technical teams; deep development background (5+ years) with solution ownership readiness
- Solid technical foundation (e.g., .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript), exposure to DevOps tooling including CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
