Overview In this role you will drive enterprise IT efficiency and resolve user incidents with urgency while supporting our cloud environment. You'll manage the employee IT lifecycle, device enrollment, and access controls across Okta and Google Workspace. You will govern core collaboration tools, monitor endpoints, and ensure multi-cloud availability.

You work at the intersection of customer service, security operations, and systems administration, making complex environments run smoothly and securely.

Responsabilità

- Resolve employee IT requests quickly and maintain SLAs
- Categorize and escalate incidents using ITSM frameworks
- Troubleshoot Mac, Windows, and mobile device issues
- Oversee zero-touch hardware deployment and asset lifecycle with UEM tools like Iru
- Configure device compliance, baselines, and patch management
- Perform remote lock, wipe, and containment for compromised assets
- Administer Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS apps (licensing, integrations, permissions)
- Maintain conference room systems and provide AV support for events
- Handle onboarding/offboarding and config changes across SaaS apps
- Monitor endpoint health and respond to CrowdStrike alerts
- Manage user lifecycles, access control, and security policies in Okta




- Configure SSO and MFA integrations; conduct access audits
- Administer Google Workspace (accounts, security, email routing, device policies)
- Support cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure); manage IAM roles and security groups
- Manage internal DNS records, domain configurations, and certificate renewals
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and escalate major incidents
- Create technical documentation and employee self-service guides

Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in IT support, operations, or systems administration
- Hands-on administration with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
- Experience managing Mac and Windows endpoints using MDM/UEM tools (Iru, Jamf, Intune)
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools like CrowdStrike or similar
- Strong ITSM tool experience (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Freshservice) and SLAs
- Ability to work quickly and prioritize in high-urgency situations
- Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure and DNS management
