develop and implement security roadmaps aligned with client transformation goals End-to-end security delivery from concept to implementation Client engagement and project management including budgets and timelines Advisory support for IT transformations and ISO27001 certification efforts Innovative solution development using AI, blockchain, cloud technologies Team leadership and development including mentoring and talent recruitment Vendor and stakeholder management to enhance security offerings Requisiti fondamentali ~ University degree in cyber security, information technology, or a related field ~8 to 12 years of relevant IT security consulting experience with track record of leading large projects ~ Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and SABSA ~ Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 preferred ~ Exceptional leadership and cross‐functional team management ~ Excellent Italian and English communication skills ~ Willingness to travel and operate in global contexts ~ leadership ~ communication ~ stakeholder management ~ NIST ~ ISO/IEC 27000 ~ SABSA
