Overview In this role you will support the Insurance Management program within Campari Group's Global Finance function. You will handle local Italian policy contracts and health/accident insurances, working closely with brokers and insurers. You will gather data, prepare reports, and ensure timely notifications and follow-up on claims, while coordinating with internal clients and cross-functional partners.

The role offers exposure to multinational programs and a chance to strengthen the group's risk management capabilities. You will contribute to a robust insurance program that supports business growth and protection of assets.

Retribuzione / Benefits base salary EUR 45-60K possible variable compensation benefits package diversity & inclusion commitment Responsabilità Focus on local Italian policy contracts and activities related to Group Multinational Programs Manage Health & Accident policies and insurances for events/projects Daily liaison with broker and insurers Understand internal client needs and provide timely solutions Yearly data collection, verification, and reporting for Finance/HR/FP&A; Review insurance sections of contracts with third-party suppliers per Group guidelines Claims management: receipt, notification, and follow-up Ad hoc support in negotiations and information gathering for insurance documents and premiums Process payments instructions with Shared Service Center Coordinate and monitor loss-prevention activities with third-party partners Requisiti fondamentali Min 5 years in the Insurance Industry or insurance management in an international company; FMCG sector a plus Degree in Economics / Law is a plus Very good English; another language is a plus Pragmatic, hands-on Detail oriented Result oriented, deadline driven Insurance practice and techniques (basic knowledge) Contractual structure knowledge MS Office
