Overview In this role, you will conduct insurance-focused audits across life, non-life, pension, and reinsurance, coordinating head office and cross-country reviews. You'll ensure compliance with internal audit methodology and external regulations, while supporting documentation and reporting for management. You'll lead risk assessments and design risk-based audit programs, and contribute to data analytics testing.

Carry out risk assessments and develop risk-based audit programs Contribute to data analytics analyses and testing Collaborate with Audit Manager/Head of Function to deliver high-quality audit outcomes Requisiti fondamentali ~ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance or Actuarial ~4–5 years of hands-on experience in internal or external audit or relevant insurance functions ~ Experience/knowledge of Insurance business processes across life, health, P&C; and reinsurance ~ Experience/knowledge of EU IDD/POG regulations ~ Ability to evaluate internal controls, perform risk assessments, and execute audits ~ Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information to diverse audiences ~ Proficient computer skills with MS Office; familiarity with data analytics ~ Fluent English ~ Passion for AI Tools ~ Negotiation ~ Detail orientation ~ Integrity and accountability ~ MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) ~ Data analytics and testing ~ AI tools familiarity
