Overview In this Industrial Controller role, you act as a key business partner to Operations and Finance, driving performance analysis and decision support in a manufacturing setting. You will own cost, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analyses to support strategic and operational choices. You'll develop dashboards and reports to enhance visibility and partner with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
This role offers impact across production, supply chain, and capital projects in an international environment.
Responsabilità
- Monitor industrial performance KPIs, production efficiency, and profitability
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages and variance analyses vs budget/forecast
- Support month-end closing for production costs, inventory, and overheads
- Analyze standard vs actual costs and variances to identify improvements
- Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, provisions, and slow-moving items
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Engineering for data-driven decisions
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
- Track CAPEX projects and assess investment performance
- Perform profitability analyses by product line, plant, or business unit
- Develop tools and dashboards for operational visibility
- Contribute to continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and Group reporting requirements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or equivalent
- 3 to 7 years in Industrial Controlling, Plant Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance
- Strong knowledge of industrial costing, inventory accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Dynamics, Oracle or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills with both finance and operations stakeholders
