GABRIELE RIZZI LAB conceives and produces ultra-creative artistic experiences, bespoke performances, and art direction projects for iconic venues, visionary brands, and private clients around the world.
Each GR LAB creation merges performance, art, and conceptual design, shaping new forms of aesthetic and experiential storytelling within the contemporary luxury landscape.
We are seeking an Independent Business Development Partner to develop selected opportunities and strategic relationships across key European markets.
This is a flexible collaboration designed for an established professional who already operates within the luxury, art, hospitality, events, or cultural sectors and can open meaningful conversations with relevant decision-makers.
The ideal partner combines a strong understanding of the contemporary luxury landscape with an established professional network and the ability to identify opportunities where GR LAB’s artistic vision can create distinctive value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and initiate conversations with relevant brands, luxury groups, hospitality operators, cultural institutions, agencies, and private clients.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships across selected European markets.
- Identify potential collaborations aligned with GR LAB’s creative positioning and artistic identity.
- Introduce qualified opportunities and support the development of selected project proposals.
- Collaborate closely with the GR LAB creative team to translate client opportunities into compelling artistic and experiential concepts.
- Represent GR LAB, when appropriate, in selected meetings, industry events, and private networking contexts.
- Build and maintain a focused pipeline of relevant contacts and potential collaborations.
Profile
- Established professional experience within luxury, art, hospitality, events, cultural partnerships, or adjacent high-end sectors.
- Existing network of relevant decision-makers and industry relationships across Europe.
- Strong ability to initiate senior-level conversations and develop relationships with discretion and credibility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English; Italian and/or French are highly appreciated.
- Independent, well-connected, and naturally aligned with the codes of contemporary luxury and creative culture.
