HF Analog IC Architect for Broadband Optical Systems

AMS OSRAM in Italy is seeking a senior expert in analog IC design to lead the development of broadband optical communication ICs. You will define methodologies, steer high‐performance analog and mixed‐signal circuits, and drive transmitter/receiver architectures from concept to sign‐off. The role requires 15+ years of experience in analog IC design, deep knowledge of broadband optical ICs, HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and front‐end requirements, and advanced CMOS nodes such as FinFET/FD‐SOI.
