We are looking for an exceptional leader to drive our Claims Professional Services practice and help insurers modernise one of the most complex and business-critical areas of their operations.
This is not a traditional consulting role.
This is an opportunity to become the reference point for Claims transformation initiatives, leading strategic programmes, influencing executive stakeholders, and guiding highly specialised teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions across the insurance market.
The challenge As Head of Claims Professional Services, you will take ownership of our Claims delivery practice, acting as the bridge between insurance business strategy, operational excellence, and technology execution.
You will work with senior client stakeholders, support the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes, and lead multidisciplinary teams of analysts, consultants, and subject matter experts.
Your expertise will help clients redesign and evolve their Claims operations while ensuring successful execution, measurable business outcomes, and long-term partnerships.
What you will do Lead the Professional Services practice focused on Claims transformation initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor for senior insurance executives and business stakeholders.
Drive the successful delivery of complex Claims programmes from strategic design through implementation.
Guide and mentor highly skilled functional consultants and business analysts.
Support pre-sales initiatives by providing deep industry expertise and helping define transformation roadmaps.
Ensure projects deliver tangible business value, operational efficiency and customer-centric outcomes.
Manage challenging stakeholder environments and facilitate high-level decision-making processes.
Contribute to the evolution of RGI's Claims offering by bringing market insights, best practices and innovation ideas.
Build strong, long-term relationships with insurance clients and key industry stakeholders.
Who you are You are recognised as a Claims expert by your peers.
You have spent a significant part of your career helping insurers improve, transform or modernise their Claims operations and systems. You combine deep domain expertise with strong leadership skills and the credibility required to influence senior decision-makers.
You understand not only technology, but also the business, operational and regulatory complexities that make Claims one of the most strategic functions within an insurance company.
What we are looking for 15+ years of experience within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on Claims.
Extensive knowledge of end-to-end Claims processes across Property & Casualty insurance.
Proven track record leading large Claims transformation or modernisation programmes.
Experience working with tier-one insurers or major insurance software ecosystems.
Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing senior teams and complex delivery organisations.
Ability to engage confidently with C-level and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution excellence.
International experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments is highly appreciated.
