Retribuzione / Benefits Health Insurance Lunch Vouchers Responsabilità Develop and manage sales opportunities within healthcare organizations across North-East Italy Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners Identify customer needs and position InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public procurement processes Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing,
and Delivery teams to develop winning strategies Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets Requisiti fondamentali ~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field ~2–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales ~ Good understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health ecosystem ~ Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in healthcare ~ Familiarity with Italian public procurement regulations and public tendering processes ~ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills ~ Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset ~ Willingness to travel extensively across the North-East Italy region ~ Languages: Fluent Italian, good English ~ communication ~ relationship-building ~ proactive mindset ~ Healthcare IT ~ AI concepts in healthcare ~ Public procurement knowledge
