Global Transaction Analyst I Real Estate

On behalf of a leading international player in the Real Estate Investment sector, we are seeking a Transactions Analyst to join the dedicated team.
The candidate will play a strategic role, contributing both to the coordination of local operations and to the execution of international real estate transactions.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of investment and divestment transactions, handling the following:
- Supporting the execution of international real estate asset acquisitions and divestitures.
- Analyzing investment opportunities through underwriting, financial analysis, and evaluation of business plans.
- Preparing investment memoranda and documentation for Investment Committees and governance bodies.
- Coordinating activities with local transaction teams, promoting process alignment, the sharing of best practices, and compliance with investment guidelines.
- Reviewing financial models, cash flows, and key assumptions prepared by local branches.
- Collaborating daily with transaction managers, fund managers, and senior stakeholders, contributing to the monitoring of the global investment and divestment pipeline.
Essential requirements include:
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate investing, preferably with investors, asset management companies, or organizations with significant exposure to investment and divestment transactions.
- Experience in executing real estate investment and divestment transactions;
- Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills;
- Ability to manage investment processes;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to work in international settings;
- Flexibility and an aptitude for collaborating with counterparts from different cultural backgrounds;
- Fluency in English.
Base salary: 45,000–50,000 euros
