Overview In this role you lead the Global Security Operations to protect Amplifon's multinational environment. You coordinate internal cybersecurity specialists and external partners to monitor, detect and respond to threats, while driving continuous improvement across security platforms and processes. You'll work closely with the Group CISO to align operations with governance and compliance.

Responsabilità
- Manage daily execution of Security Operations across endpoint, network, identity and cloud
- Coordinate SOC and MDR services ensuring quality and SLAs
- Enhance detection through SIEM use cases, playbooks and automation
- Monitor performance and pursue continuous improvement
- Coordinate end-to-end incident response including preparation, containment and recovery
- Manage major security incidents with stakeholders and partners
- Oversee vulnerability management lifecycle and remediation tracking
- Support threat intelligence and exposure management activities
- Coordinate penetration testing and security assessments with infra and app teams
- Oversee security technologies (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, email security, firewalls, MFA, privileged access)



and ensure secure configurations
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams on security-by-design
- Coordinate a team of security specialists across countries
- Manage relationships with MSSPs and vendors, monitor performance and escalations
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs and security metrics; report to Group CISO; support budgeting and capacity planning
- Ensure ISMS, ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2 and applicable regulations compliance; support audits

Requisiti fondamentali
- 6–8 years in cybersecurity with strong Security Operations, SOC or Incident Response background
- Experience leading security operations teams or coordinating cybersecurity professionals
- Experience with MSSPs and external security vendors
- Experience handling cybersecurity incidents and coordinating responses
- Exposure to multinational and complex enterprise environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of SOAR, SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, threat intelligence and incident response
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud (Azure, AWS and/or GCP) and identity security
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, GDPR and NIST
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Priority setting and multi-initiative management in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with continuous improvement approach
