Overview In this role you will build and own features across the client, server, service, and database layers for Deel's web platform. You'll work in a cross-functional, remote-first team to ship robust features, APIs, and scalable data models that power global payroll and HR workflows. You'll impact product quality, developer experience, and customer outcomes while collaborating across engineering, product, and design.

and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to maintain code quality Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to team and stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies Stay updated with web development trends and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end Requisiti fondamentali At least 4 years of Full-Stack experience with a focus on TypeScript Strong background in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using TypeScript, React, and Express Experience building client-side components and integrating with server APIs Proficiency with PostgreSQL and database design Ability to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment and own projects Strong communication skills with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving orientation Willingness to engage in end-to-end product lifecycle and code reviews Desire to contribute to process improvements and tooling Collaborative mindset Clear communication Ownership and accountability TypeScript JavaScript React
